Foundational Fitness Classes

Spinning:  The Spinning® program is the original and most popular group cycling class. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, expert instructors, and great music, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.

 

TRX/Foam Roller: The TRX utilizes straps with handles (think gymnast rings!) to help you use your body weight for a total body strength, flexibility and core workout. At the end of the class, finish off with a fantatsic foam roller stretch and restore. 

TRX Upper and Core: This class 45-minute class focuses on Upper Body and Core work on the TRX. TRX is an approach to strength training using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Each workout gives you a full upper body workout while maintaining alignment with proper form using core engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels.

 

Pound: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400-900 plus calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique- all while rocking out to your favorite music! 

Junior Pound: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Specifically designed for junior pounders, ages 8-12!

Beyond Barre: Beyond Barre is the unique ballet barre workout that includes body sculpting, fat burning, muscle isolation, and low impact cardio. We accomplish this through the use of light weights, the ballet barre, and mat workouts. Barre is a fun exercise experience for any age group. With Beyond Barre and it's ability to help build and strengthen muscles, you will feel accomplished and excited after every workout!

BodyVive 3.1

ODYVIVE™ 3.1 is the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. Step into a BODYVIVE™ 3.1 class and you'll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. 

 

BodyJam

BODYJAM™ BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of music, culture and dance. Each class showcases a variety of dance styles that appeal to everyone. Basically, you’ll dance your butt off, but you’ll be burning calories and toning your whole body with this cardio workout. 

CXWORX

Looking for a short, sharp workout that'll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!

 

RPM

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

 

SH'BAM

If you like Zumba...you''ll LOVE Sh''Bam! Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.

 

Pilates Classes

Tower: This class incorporates more challenging exercises with an emphasis on rhythm, breath and flow and utilizing the Tower apparatus with Pilates techniques. 

 

Reformer: A 55 minute semi-private (up to 4 people) session using the reformer, mat, tower, chair and small apparatus. No experience required, but we do recommend our 4 private sessions before joining a group setting. 

 

Mat: A combination of multi-level mat exercises designed to test your stamina and strength. Magic circles, Therabands and Triad balls may be incorporated to increase the challenge of the exercises. Be prepared for a great workout that will leave you feeling longer, leaner, taller and balanced.

Pilates TRX: Pilates and TRX; the perfect combination! Offering TRX classes with the precision and core control Pilates emphasizes. The TRX is a suspension training system using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. TRX combined with expertise completes the workout making it safe and effective. Pilates principles are the foundation of every class: precision, control, breath, centering, concentration, and flow. Each workout gives you a full body workout while maintaining alignment with proper form using core engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

LesMills SPRINT

Short on time, want more intense pure and simple Athletic performance workout; SPRINT is for you! A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. A mixture of rest and workout intervals; 20 minutes of 30 minutes is spent being over 85% maximum heart rate with spikes of effort into maximum heart rate. Followed by rest absolute rest.
