RPM® - High Intensity Indoor Cycling class. This 30 or 45 minute class will take you on a journey of hills and sprints of both high and moderate intensity with no impact to your joints. You control your workout by choosing your Resistance level and feel free to take recoveries as you need. Add some cool music and a bit of fun and the 30/45 minutes will fly by!


I teach RPM® here at move! on Tuesday mornings 8am, the 30 minute format followed by CXWORX™ and Thursday mornings 8am, the full 45 minute format.

Spinning was one of the first classes I started teaching in 2001. Just when I was getting burned out and thought of giving it up along came RPM® in 2005! This program continues to evolve and challenge me as both and instructor and as an athlete.


I also am certified in BODYPUMP®, BODYATTACK®, CXWORX®, BODYVIVE®, BODYSTEP®, LES MILLS GRIT™, Pilates Matt and Pilates Reformer and AFAA( Personal Trainer and Group Fitness). In addition to teaching group fitness I am also a Les Mills Certification Assessor and GFM.
